The VinPilot® Pro offers perfect fermentation control through absolutely reliable temperature control. But it can do even more than that:

You can use the VinPilot® Pro to cool only, cool & heat, or even implement an operation with automatic switching between cooling and heating with a 3-way valve.

Combined with our digital refractometer VinPilot® Brix, you can make the fermentation of your wines dependent on the sugar degradation. This way you have a perfect fermentation management system where the temperature is automatically adjusted - depending on the stage of fermentation.

With VinPilot® Pro, you can also automate your red wine fermentation system, ensuring that all processes start at the right time. For ideal red wine fermentation, we recommend our VinPilot® RotoCap or our VinPilot® Pulse-Air system.

For a perfect color and tannin complex, you can complement the VinPilot® Pro with our VinPilot® Oxy, which allows you to regulate the optimal oxygen addition individually for each tank (micro & macro oxigenation).

The VinPilot® Valve Pro is a high-quality motorized ball valve that is completely waterproof and reliable. An LED indicates whether the valve is open or closed. In case of need, the valve can also be opened and closed manually.

The VinPilot® Pro runs on a modern BUS system. A single cable supplies power to all controllers and at the same time connects them to the network. Each controller operates autonomously and therefore remains operable and fully functional even in the event of a computer failure.
