Controlled by VinPilot® Pro, mash fermentation can thus be easily automated. In combination with VinPilot® Brix, the start of pump over can even be linked to the fermentation phase.

Complement the VinPilot® RotoCap spray head with the easy-to-clean VinPilot® Venturi pipe for automated aeration of your red wine during pump over.
The closed circuit reduces wine loss during red wine fermentation. Moreover, the aeration leads to a higher color stability and supports the yeast during the final stages of fermentation.
